This is an extremely comprehensive (~24 minutes) look at the Micra (SR manual), including performance tests: 0-100 km/h, braking, slalom, emergency lane change. Also includes detailed discussion of the car's interior, exterior, driving character, strengths & weaknesses against its competitors (Mitsu Mirage, Chevy Spark & others), etc. They even put the car on a garage lift to do a thorough inspection and discuss its construction & quality.

FYI, the performance stats:

Acceleration, 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph): 10.2 seconds
Acceleration, 80-120 km/h (50-75 mph): 7.9 seconds
Braking, 100-0 km: 33.6 m (110.2 ft)
