So between snow tires and a $378 blockheater there went any savings. Why wouldn’t they at least put it in the option so a person would know it’s not standard anymore?
I paid $235 for my block heater, harness(OEM) and install.

Add this to the other items deleted for 2017. I am thinking of the cargo cover and the sun visor extensions.

You can probably find a Micra cargo cover at a wrecker these days.

    That's what the plan is.

    Feb 2015 build
    9,999 purchase price + tax..no additional 1600$ because it was a 2015 purchased in 2016

And you can find MrMicra2015's cargo cover solution here:

Luckily, my SR came with one before the "deletions" began.

Where does the cord for the block heater start? Does it have a visible place of origin?
I don't have one coiled up beside my battery (like these pictures show), but since I got my 2018 SV used, it could have been moved already (or maybe it doesn't have one!). I have looked around and I can't seem to find the cord but I don't want to buy an oil pan heater until I know for sure that I don't have a block heater already.
I would be grateful for advice so that I can get things ready for winter

You should check out this thread Kristie:

    https://micra-forum.com/showthread.p...tion-on-engine

It is located on the battery side of the engine if you have one. The 2018 models don't have them normally unless the original owner had one installed. I put up a picture on that thread that may help you out.

Thanks LikGeckos. I will need to take this picture outside with me so that I can match it up. I am hoping that I have one!
