    Honda driver in California

I drive a 1998 Civic DX, and this car is somewhat more advanced in engine, about the same in transmission, and otherwise about the Civic's equal. But it's new. I hope the car sells well. Someday I could need new wheels. The Cruze Eco, the Honda Fit, Toyota Yaris, this Micra, and some others make the list of possible substitutions. No hybrids or diesels likely for me. I prefer the gasoline engine--ecomodded.

Welcome, Cali98. Hopefully Nissan's Canadian experiment goes well and they decide to try it in the States too.
