Not sure about the other trims, but the radio of the SR has both control for brightness and contrast within the radio controls. Also I don't have a separated manual for the radio, and the instructions for the radio is included on the car owner manual. I am not sure if this is the same with the SV since it does not have the same radio?

The instructions of the radio for the SR is included in section 4 of the owner's manual.

I think there is only one manual for all the Micras. I have the SV and my manual covers both style of stereo systems.

...you guys are basically wanting a higher priced, totally different hatch

the only real complain i have is the cramped steering wheel. im almost 6ft, so.... T.T

everything else i want to see improved, is stuff i would find in higher priced cars.

Not really. In Europe the Micra does have the push button start and the ......GPS

    - NissanConnect with touchscreen sat nav and audio system
    - Rain Sensing Wipers
    - i-Key with engine start button

and that's a nice one: Tyre Pressure Monitor System

I don't beleive it is an expensive car over there either.

CVT because I want better gas mileage.
LED lights as daytime running lights like on the rogue
Nissan connect as an option along with upgraded speakers.
    Nismo suspension on SR model.

I agree with the steering wheel. It should have telescopic. And one more inch of legroom.

Now that Winter is here. Along with the pull strap in the back hatch I think the Micra being built for a cold country like this should have a heat gauge and an outside temperature gauge.

I love this fantastic Micra. Love the ride. Love the colour. Love the size. Love the light in the hatchback. Love the bluetooth. Love the fact the rear windows go all the way down. Love the headlights that someone took time to aim in the right places. Love the fuel filler being on the drivers side. Love that the fuel filler door locks from inside the car. (No need for key.) Love the stainless steel license bolts put on by dealer.

At least to have the heat light to show blue when cold and red when overheating. My old Echo did that.

I agree with AlphaMicra - cubbies in dash, hooks in the back and headlight washers. Also needs outside temperature gauge. Front and Rear Molded Splash/Mud Guards. Sunroof would be awesome.

    1. A2DP Bluetooth functionality on the Audio System
    2. vents for defrosting side windows
    3. 2" more front to back rear passenger room (makes fitting a reverse facing infant car seat a lot easier)

Other than that I think our Micras are pretty decent little cars.
