I've tried the 14's that CT lists in their system and the hub bore is too small. I'm looking for 14's cause I already have a set of new snows.

I wonder if the Nissan dealer will have a 14" that will fit.

87 - 00 Sentra also has the 4x100 bolt pattern.(Probably your only shot of getting a 14" at nissan)
You also have the NX, 200SX, and Pulsar.

Hub bore is 59.1 though(Little Modification?)

    Found these!!

Just bought 14 inch rims at Canadian tire ( part # 4x009-6053-0) or x41442 for 39.99$. Inside bore 59.2 mm so i grinded them out 1 mm and installed 14 " tire size 175/70/14. Waiting for snow now.

40 bucks - nice! And the 14" tires are likely less expensive, too. (It's kind of funny: Nissan often mentions the 15 inch tires on the Micra make it easier to find winter tires. )

I've done this before as well with a set of 14" Miata steel wheels made to fit a Honda as winter rims.

    tire size 175/70/14
Did you check to see how (if at all) this size change will affect your speedometer/odometer vs. the factory tire size?

I am a bit confused about hubcentric rings...
is the hub 60 or 60.1? ie do I need a ring for a 60mm or 60.1mm hub?
