    New Micra S Owner

Hi everyone. I have just recently purchased a 2015 Micra S and will pick it up tomorrow. It is an Alert Red manual transmission car. Can't wait to put some mileage on this baby. Hopefully it'll be a good little car. Any other owners from Northeastern Ontario on here?

Where in northeastern Ont? I'm southeastern (1000 Islands region on the St. Lawrence).

Congrats on the purchase! You're going to have fun with the car. Feel free to make a garage entry for it.

    What were you driving before?

    Welcome to the forum!

Thanks guys. I am in the Timmins area. The Micra is a second car for my wife and I. Our other car is a GMC Terrain.

Well, just took out the new Micra for a good ride tonight. I have to say that I am truly impressed with it. Very nice little car for a base model. The manual transmission shifts beautifully and the road noise isn't too bad either. From what I've been reading I guess that I am pretty lucky to find a base model on a dealer's lot. Mind you I didn't really care what colour I got as long it was completely bare bones.

Hey, congrats! I just got in from another spin in the loaner SR automatic. I'd drive a Micra anywhere. Comfy, relatively quiet, a bit of fun in the bends, and handles the bumps reasonably well.

Hope you'll snap some pics & make a garage entry!

Very lucky...I'm jealous! I'm looking at a mid-August delivery for mine...argh. Patience is not my strong suit. Congrats on your new wheels...hope to join you in the "new" and not the "soon to be" owners club soon!
