If they follow you in another car, they'll probably follow you in another Nissan Micra. They know what's up.
In any case, I put "Versa"-sized tires on my car (185/65R15), and using a Garmin GPS, have determined that my speed at 120 km/h is over by a respectable 2-3 km/h. This tells me two things: 1) The Micra components for measuring speed likely came straight off the Versa assembly line, and 2) it's a problem they'll likely fix by up-sizing the tires, but only when they're forced to.
At the very least, Nissan should release a bulletin stating that the 185/65R15 are suitable to be used on the Micra, because I had to lie to the tire shop when I brought in my old tires and rims and told them it was for my Versa. I am a man of principle, and therefore feel no guilt in lying in this case.

In our culture obsessed with absurd excess, the Nissan Micra is my counterculture car of choice.
