Nice looking grille ptbo micra. How did you get the mesh material in the lower grille section? Is there a good step by step tutorial on how to remove the front bumper? Any advice on how to install this mesh material would be appreciated.

I removed the upper grille and used that hole to feed it in. Others have removed the bumper completely.

Had a few minor dents. I think my paint took more abuse over the winter.

Good question. I wondered the same thing when I was making the grille blocks... blocking from the rear would have been cleaner looking. But I didn't investigate very far.

A few pics would be nice if anyone feels like it.

PS: welcome to the forum, mimicra!

I should have time to take mine off on Saturday. I will post some pics of that before I go out to Peterborough speedway Canada's toughest 1/3rd mile paved oval!

I for one would appreciate seeing those pictures showing how to do it. The holes in the bottom section of the grille are big enough for small rocks to get through. I've been lucky so far.

Well here you go... The five pins on top I leave them until last. Start with the two pins at the bottom. Then remove the four torx screws under the front corners.I removed four pins inside the wheel well in the front just to make enough room to remove the two ten mil bolts. While I had it off for the rad protection I made up and installed a micra cup style tow hoop.

Thank you for the pictures showing how to do it. More to it than I thought. A Micra looks pretty sad without the front on it. I like the tow hook. That is all we have for a front bumper? Do I see a mustache on your car?
