    Hello from Hamilton, Ontario

    Glad I found this forum!

I attended the MicraCup races at Mosport last Victoria Day Weekend as part of the Nissan Z Corral and have had one of these little hatches on my radar since. For the price you cannot beat them. I have been thinking of buying a 5-speed model to commute to work with so my 370Z doesn't collect too many miles too quickly. The one thing that has kept me back is the lack of aftermarket goodies available to throw at these cars. I am hoping that will change by poking around this site. I really think these cars are the modern day Austin Cooper S when outfitted appropriately. Looking forward to perusing the site and maybe picking up a Micra of my own sometime this year!

Welcome to the forum! The aftermarket scene is a bit barren, but many members have figured out that some Versa parts also fit as we share a lot of equipment with it.

Thanks! I was really only looking to do a MicraCup-Lite kind of thing. The Panasport style wheels, exhaust, maybe some of the suspension goods.

    Welcome to the forum!

Good idea to keep miles off the "nice" car if you can afford a commuter.

I'm sure you've seen this thread...

Always glad to see someone aiming for performance, but honestly the Micra Cup isn't at all the pinnacle for this model, in japan they keep the good stuff for themselves.
