You mean that's what you need in your next car, or that's the need your Micra met?

Sold my 2002 Pt Cruiser with 79,000 Km a couple of days before I got my Micra. Drove that thing for 15 years 2 months and 3 days! I'll probably keep my Micra for that long...

Got 6 years and 150000 Km out of a 2012 Cube. Never a repair, not even the brakes. Planning to keep the Micra at least for the same time and maybe give it to my girl when she will get her permit in 2023.

    150k and no repairs - that's amazing!

    Do pickup trucks count?
Here is my 1980 Toyota 4X4 hopelessly stuck in the snow, had it since 1982 & still runs fine.
I plan to keep my Micra until 100,000 Kms or 5 years whenever the power train warranty expires.

    Those Pickups are becoming collectibles.

My next car will need to have more legroom. I love the Micra but I need to stretch out more. Right now I’m looking at a Sentra. But cars like the Sonic and Rio have way more legroom than a lot off other subcompacts.

That's not very much driving for 15 years.

Do you do anti-rust treatment for your cars? (Krown e.g.) Rust would kill your Micra before the kilometers!

The longest car I've owned is 4 years. It was a 2005 Accent GSi. Bought it at at 20k(2006) and sold it at 85k(2010). My friend likes to remind me how I shouldn't have gotten rid of it since I worked so hard to pay it off and maintain it.
