March OEM rear head rest (better visibility out the back)

The rear head rests on the Canadian spec Micra and Versa Note use these tall headrests, I am guessing because people in North America are taller. However, they block 40% of the rear view and that's not cool.

got these OEM March rear head rests used from Japan. Noticeably lower and still offer full adjustment.

Now the rear view is fully visible and also when the seats are folded back, there's no need to remove the head rests like the Canadian over sized versions.

Why haven't they just offered these from the start Nissan Canada?

Agreed those stock head rests are horrible and are a pain to remove if you want to drop the seats.

How did you get them from Japan? Looking to do the same.

I get a lot of stuff from Japan, I got connects. You'll need to deal with an overseas trading company like Buyee: https://buyee.jp/help/yahoo/guide?lang=en

I took mines off. Only put them in if I am going to have rear passengers.

    Canada's (second) cheapest car
SECOND cheapest??? Did I miss some news?

I like that the JDM headrests have the section that drops down in front of the seatback. So if you do extend them up, they're still functional.

Yep, I believe Toyota uses this type of design on their Yaris line up. Like I said, I don't understand why Nissan Canada just opted for the same front and rear headrest designs besides obvious reason..COSTS...but really?
