Fog lights (possible to make them work with high beams?)

OEM Fog light only works on low beam. Anybody tried to make low beam independent fog light so it works with side markers and high beam as well?

***i do not assume the risk/liability of tampering/modding automotive electronics***
*** DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK***

In the old days you could find the signal line for the 12v switch for fog lights, interrupt that wire.
Add new constant 12v to a switch, then switch to signal source wire for the lights.
You now have Control over when lights are on or off.

It too risky. If someone can decode input/output fog light stalk... then it will be possible just put jumper between some pins to archieve desirable results.
