Removing seat belt holder on rear seat

I need to fit a card table into my micra. It is 34 inches each side. I would like to balance it over the back seat with the seat in an upright position, and that would work IF I could remove the middle passenger seat belt guide/holder, preferably temporarily. For visibility purposes that is as high as I would want. Any easy way to do this....or any other ideas for packing it?. TIA.

MAY have a solution. I will put that part of the rear seat down, then put similar height box or suitcase beside it (although there will be a slope, so should be able to "balance" it there..... Maybe. I live in a condo on the 4th flood so somewhat complicated trying out solutions until the final pack up.
