    A new Nissan for us!

On Friday the 13th, we're taking delivery of another Nissan. Here's a picture of the interior of this vehicle. Can you guess which one it is?

I would go for an Xterra

Ok, no, definitely a brand new Versa Note!

Those who said Versa Note guessed right!

We think it hits all the right "Notes" at the right price. Definitely look forward to seeing how the CVT performs on the highway.

Cool! Are you keeping the Micra too?

I've driven that CVT -- it's very interesting. It actually has a 2-speed sub-gearbox, and you can feel it "shift" at certain speeds. The 2 speeds gave it the widest gear ratio of any CVT when it was introduced, meaning better acceleration and lower cruising RPM & fuel economy.

Compared to the manual Micra (even the automatic), its engine RPM at cruise will be MUCH more civilized.

I think it also has a fuel-saving "idle neutral" feature.

Thread: Nissan Micra vs. Versa Note comparison ... Did you consider a Note?
