The comparison makes sense because, hey, there aren't a lot of cheap, lightweight manual transmission cars left on the market, which is one of the big reasons why I bought one.

Mine has about 240k on it, and the engine still runs strong. Only rust on mine was the usual spots at the corners of the rocker panels. I had the rears fixed but the front is starting to show signs of rust, annoyingly.
