    Autech March Bolero A30

Been a fan of Nissan's subsidiary Autech for a while now, it's their 30th anniversary, so they decided to take the K13 March/Micra chassis and make something special out of it. Only 30 Made.

Pretty cool. Not a fan of the front end but the rear and the fenders... damn! Looks like it could be dropped by an inch or so.

Wonder what the power out put is on that engine.

The car uses a hand built HR16DE by a master technician from Autech (Takumi) with some racing upgrades such as intake port polishing, Autech's own forged Con-rods, modified weighted Crankshaft, Titanium Valve springs on Intake/Exhaust, and modified Camshafts. The Exhaust system is increased to a 2" all around line, made by Fujistsubo The power output is increased to 150HP and it uses premium gasoline.

P.S It also uses a rear Disk brake conversion, for the price obviously no cheap drums.

Thanks for posting the engine details. Interesting.

It's a bit odd that they're using the "pre-facelift" headlights. I wonder if Japan got the facelift?

Yeah in Japan they use the original headlights without the side markers integrated into the headlight assembly, instead it's like a conventional car, on the side front fenders.

No, this model of engine unfortunately is made in limited quantities (30 all sold out) and there is no replacement parts that I know of, only the owners of the model might have service from Autech Japan Co.Ltd with select Japanese dealers.
