My wife and I were at a local tim's getting a coffee one morning in our patriot. a but muncher pulled in next to us, hit our jeep on the door where my son sits, and promptly just walked away…I said, you hit my car. they said, NO…..there was white paint on his bumper and everything. I said, look, there are the marks and paint on your bumper…you hit my car…..again, the guy said NO I NEVER and called me nuts. Welllllllll…..he SAW NUTS then…..I unloaded at him……he walked away, when he did I hauled off and punched his door…..turn around is fair play! ha ha got in and drove away while he was trying to chase after me. OH WELL. did the neighbour own up to the bracket?

Just bought a set of 16" stock SR remanufactured alloys (see pic example) for my wife's SV for spring/summer. Anyways, the center caps are not included. Can anyone give me the size/spec/part # for these caps please? I saw some that looked right (40342) but I want to be sure before buying them. Not sure of colour either...are they black? charcoal grey? Thank you.

I’m curious how’s the ride with 16” vs 15”, as my SV is pretty much on the”acceptable” side.
    (15’s with OEM tires)

I know it’s only an inch but wondering.

If you have experienced both, please share...

Post an update to your garage page - got a closer up photo of the wheel?

    Hey everyone,
Finally got around to test fitting the new (used) wheels and tires on the Micra the other day.
They are Speedy Fin 7 wheels that are wrapped in 235/45/17 Bridgestone Potenzas that are on their way out. Mounted specifically for fitting purposes.. They clear and only rub on the mounting points for my mud flaps however I might try to go one size smaller tire wise in order to ensure that they clear without rubbing (with full tread depth). Something I also noticed while checking their fitment was that the front fender lips are already "rolled" and the rears are completely tucked back in on themselves so I won't have to do that like I thought that I might.

Fully compressed the suspension on a speed bump nearby. Only wheel on the bump and there was no rubbing around the tires front or rear.

235... how wide's the rim? Seeing stuff like this, how easy and nice that looks, makes part of me sad I have 8.5" wide rims lol I'm finishing up the rear tonight using 3" flares.
