I dealt with Parkway Nissan. Not fond of Plaza due to a negative experience which myself and my daughter encountered there.
Also, that street is like being on Yonge St. in T.O. My daughter likes Burlington dealer. I'll try them.
How can you have faith in a service dept. when they can't even install a hub cap properly.
I wonder if it's a common issue.
One of the 2 Micras running around my little city is also missing a hubcap.

With those low quality plastic hubcaps, tie-wraps are mandatory. I put at least two of them on each hubcap. I did that on every car I owned since 16 years, never lost a single hubcap, never got any stolen. I know it's not a fullproof hubcap-stealer deterrent, but if a lazy thief has to choose between untied hubcaps and tied ones, he's gonna choose the untied ones. And now you can find clear or silver tie-wraps, so they blend well with the color of the hubcaps.
I posted this photo in the tire thread, after the 2 most recent posts mentioned to secure the hub cap with the lug nuts, which makes perfect sense, but after looking at mine, I see it can't be done that way (unless I'm missing something), due to the size of the holes to accommodate the lug nuts.
