To be 100% honest, I've never done a group buy scenario before, so what do we need to do, just make a group buy specific thread and all interested will throw their names in?

    I appreciate the help here!

Yes i would love to hear it as well but I'm sure a 2" catback into a 2.25" muffler won't sound bad

MIA - Cold Air Intake Instructions

I finally got around to installing this and thought I could share my method for doing so since it doesn't come with instructions like the K&N kits do.

Caution: Please be careful doing any modifications to your car. Please wear safety glasses and nitrile gloves. Do not where any loose clothing and tie long hair back or where a cap. Also, I recommend disconnecting the negative battery post to be sure no one tries to start your car while working on it and also prevent ECU damage from static shock or shorting the MAF wires.

    Anyhow, here we go.

    1. Make sure you have the following tools before you begin.

    2. Starting out with the stock air box, unscrew the philips head (below the K&N Sticker on mine)

    3. Loosen the Hose Clamps

    4. This section should just come out easy, store it somewhere if you ever want to sell your car one day.

    5. Unscrew the two philips heads to the left of air box. Cut the tie wrap holding the MAF harness (careful not to cut the MAF wires!!)

    6. Unscrew the MAF with the smaller philips head (save the screws with your stock air box)

Size: 80.4 KB

    7. To make it easier to get at the throttle body hose clamp, remove the lid of the stock air box

Name: 8 - remove lid to get access to the coupling screw.jpg

    8. Nissan tried to make this difficult by putting the throttle body hose clamp screw facing the other way. Just use a short flat head screw driver (don't drop it in your engine compartment or you'll have fun fishing that out)

MIA - Cold Air Intake Install - Part 3

    (continued from part 2)

    19. Spray your ITG Air Filter with some Foam Air Filter oil (get some from https://racinglinecanada.com/product...or-foam-filter)
This stuff is toxic so please do it outside and not around lakes or rivers you will kill the fish. It also stains clothes and killed my grass.
Name: 21 - spray your itg with oil.jpg

    20. Attach the ITG Air Filter to the intake coupling and it should fit snug with no hose clamp.

That's it! You're done. Hit the highway for some high revving fun.

Now please drive responsibly though you should easily be able to surpass the 120 KM/H wall that's imposed by the stock air box. I blew past a BMW tonight and it was an amazing feeling to finally get some speed from this little car.

Remember: Plug the negative battery post back in (also will have to set the time again but no stupid dealer code is needed like Honda's do when you unplug them).
