Chrome roof trim and painted calipers.

I got around to painting my calipers tonight. turned out pretty nice. I want to try and paint all the bare metal parts to try and prevent rust so I sprayed all the bare steering, suspension and brake parts black befor throwing on the plastic and doing the calipers.

Also here's a pic of my chrome roof trim. Stuck it right to that black rubber trim and it holds pretty nicely. As well I layed a bead of clear silicone under the rubber strip to prevent it from blowing out in the car wash again.

I'm thinking of plasti-diping the center cross red as well. Saw a juke owner that had hers done orange to match her trim. looked good.

I painted the rear drums last year. It will be interesting to see how well it held up; you can't really see through the steel rims. Where did you get the chrome roof strips? I was looking for a set on eBay just yesterday.

You can buy a roll of the trim at Canadian tire for about 25$ taxes in

Oh cool. Can we get another shot from a little further back. I want to see how it looks from a bit further back.
