It was probably destined for the scrap yard to begin with; unlike Ontario, where you only have to get a safety inspection when you buy your car and then can drive it until the wheels and fenders rust off, countries like England have strict annual inspections, so cars that appear fine to us won't pass inspection there.

That, and the body modifications they made would not stand up to any kind of weather. A bit of light rain would result in a huge mess.

Pretty cool video though, some nice ideas for taking out road rage! I'm sure that flame thrower would get the tailgater to finally back off!
