Skidplate under the motor, so no more dusk, rock and mud going inside the motor space!
Nothing more "cheap" side of a washer plate ... which has been cut (without actual measurement) and paint for better resistance with time. So, not really strong ... but enough to stop small rocks, sand, mud, snow block to pass into the engine compartment.
Aftermarket rim for Summer

Any issues with extra heat?
Not yet, because it is winter and that actually help! But for the summer, it sure i will check that out. Anywait, it only 12 bolts to put it down, so it not very long to take it out or on.
I really like the idea of keeping all that out dirt and snow out of the engine. It looks like you may drive a lot on country roads?
Yup, I do actually live in a cottage doing, 4 km of nature country style road (reel pleasure!!!) of mud in the spring, snow winter or gravel in the summer to reach the "highway". Also, it a small little town where I'm. So I would say, in the region, (Témicaming, Qc, Canada) I do 35% country road and 65% high road.
That make me act sometime like a rally driver in these road... XD
