I got a front stress bar and front/rear strut bars made/installed by a local shop. Handling improved dramatically, my passengers are no longer thrown around. Back when I only had the front bars, there was a bit of an understeering when cornering. The rear bar got rid of that. Planning to get me a rear stress bar done as well.

He's an ex-pilot (mexican Trans-Am series) with a mechanical engineering degree. Guy's pretty cool, shared his experience and bits of knowledge as he installed the bars. You can tell racing is his passion. He's done international shipments, thought he usually does those to car clubs as S&H costs are the same whether it's one or 15 bars shipped, or something like that. Contact him, I guess, if yall interested.

My bars are all done in red, same as the first picture, but I have yet to take my own pics.
I've recommended his work, to people owning various cars, all of them seem satisfied.

P.D. : It might seem like I'm getting a commission or something, but I'm just supporting a local workshop whose work is, IMO, worth sharing.

not_a_bot, I copied your post to a dedicated thread. And copied the pic from your garage page as well.

Glad to hear you're happy with the result. What are you considering next?

After looking at some pics of the Micra cup cars I noticed that there was no strut tower bars, so what is the reason for this, Is there not much of a difference?

The "Micra Cup" is cheap (Cost is a primary factor) and ran by a monopoly of dealers who have veto on most of the rules with permission of "Nissan Canada" there is technically a considerable difference running a strut tower reinforcement bar, Cusco explains the details bellow:

I have all 3 bars installed, and I can say that the car feels "tighter" and handles better. Considering the support it's only logical that the suspension will behave as it was designed for since the body flex is less.

Does the car need to be hoisted in order to install a tower bar properly?

They have a roll cage which takes the flex away. They don't need a tower bar. In fact
They probably need some suspension flex with how rigit the body is.

We only needed a couple of car ramps to lift the front a bit, for the front stress bar install, and that was it.
