We did notice while we were in Vegas, most of the Nissans (Versa, Sentra, X-Terra, Rogue, Altima, Maxima, etc.) had California license plates, more than any other state (even Nevada). Those West Coast folks sure like their Nissans...

    Nice!

Those are some very nice photos.

Just a couple of hundred shy of 30k, not bad after about 10 months of ownership. It was quite the trip, glad to share our experiences with everyone

My wife and I are originally from Winterpeg Manitoboggan, I grew up in St Boniface and lived in the good old North End for a while before moving to Edmonton. My wife used to live just off of Logan and Route 90. We sure miss the BDI, The Forks and Osborne Village! Don't miss the spring floods, Portage Place and all the summer mosquitoes, though...

Happy Canada 150 everyone! To celebrate Canada Day Long Weekend this year, we toured the Kootenay area of BC with the Little Guy (and yes, he's sporting the bug net):

Does anyone know what these arches on the roof are for? I've heard they're for some kind of aerodynamics...

At the Hoodoo trailhead just south of Fairmont (about a 3.5 km hike round trip with nice views from the top of the cliff)

At the foot of the Hoodoos, cliff looks like a couple of hundred feet up
