A problem that I think people need to be aware of is the Brake Master Cylinder had to be replaced ( I have only had the vehicle for about 10 months, bought brand new, and only 5,700kms on it), the brakes were sinking (especially during down hill), so they replaced it and sent me on my way. In case anyone else is having this problem, please take it to your dealership, I have also called Nissan Corporate and got a lovely "too bad so sad we can't do anything about it". Interestingly, Nissan did have a voluntary recall (in India) for the Brake Master Cylinders. Although they got my Micra a new part, the issue has now come back (after 1 week of use) and I have almost gotten into an accident because the brakes decided to become soft and I would have to push it to the floor to finally brake. Keep an eye out on this problem as well! If anyone has been experiencing a vibration while at idle, that is how my brake issue began.

    Thanks for posting, azadeht .

I hope you don't mind I moved your post to start a separate thread on this topic.

I assume you're going to take it back again because of the soft brake pedal? Let us know what happens.

I have taken it back and they did confirm there was a problem and said they have now resolved it, but that's also what they said last time so I'll keep an eye out for the Brakes having more issues and update further if I have anything.
