Mine vibrates too! It really is the only annoying buzz in mine.

FINALLY got around to pulling my headliner down today.

It is an easy job, just need to take down light, microphone (if installed) visors, passenger grab handle, and two push in clips at the rear. After that pop off A and C pillar trims at the top and run a plastic panel tool along the sides and rear of headliner. (Careful, there are curtain airbags that run A pillar to C Pillar)) Pull the headliner out through the hatch.

Don't know if you can tell in the photos, but the black adhesive on the headliner made NO contact to the roof panel and is possibly the cause of vibration and noises that some have experienced.

I will be placing some sound dampening material on the roof itself and I have my cover material ready to go. Just need some adhesive for it (looks like the good 3M headliner stuff is hard to get a hold of in Canada)

tried using a brush on contact adhesive, and it's just not jiving for me, I'm used to the spray systems we have where I work (they no longer let us do home projects there, BOO!) I hopefully have my brother bringing me some cans of the spray 3M stuff from the US next weekend.

should look classy once it's done, I'm headed in the other direction soon (black) but am going to try just using fabric dye... I wonder if there's enough room to hide a roll-cage in there...

Is that a lighter colour than the factory material? They were all a light tone, weren't they?
