I thought about LED mod too, but will wait if they ever burn out.

The knobs are VERY tight to come off, but it's just a press fit, pliers are your best bet. A cloth will save the finish on the factory knobs.

Began with just looking at what was available for AM parts for the Micra.

They operate fine, and the depth is right, they are just ridiculously easy to pull off so a dab of RTV silicone will do the trick.

Thanks to it getting dark at 5:30, here is a night shot. I did have to paint the clear plastic with the transparent orange I already had on hand.

Ordered knobs from aliexpress as the knobs in the micra looks cheap and don't match the knobs on the stereo.
