This is hilarious: it sounds like Nissan didn't like having the "cheapest car" crown stolen by GM:



It's not reflected on Nissan's web site though... which is still advertising the 2015 Micra.

Wow - they cut a lot of fat out of the car. The last gen Spark was 2337 lbs with the 5-speed!

I will be surprised if GM really puts its heart in marketing this car.

Styling wise though, I prefer the interior of the Spark over the drab "any colour you like as long as it's black/dark grey!" of the Micra & Mirage.

Interesting. The opposite of Nissan's strategy, then. You can actually FIND a base S Micra if you want one.
