Someone had this done as a dealer option...
I've seen a set specifically for the Micra that comes with a Nissan switch that fits the spare slot next to the traction control button. Actually shouldn't be to bad of an install since the wiring is all local to the two front seats. My seat upholstery has a zipper to remove the cover so you just pull them off and lay in the pads. They were about 85 bucks.
What is this Nissan switch you refer to Vapor?
I found an ad on Aliexpress for the nissan heated seats. They claimed to include a switch that fits in the unused slot in the dash next to the traction control.
I find the heater in this little car does an excellent job and so does wearing pants during the cold season.
It was me who had done this as a dealer option when I purchased last November. Here is my post:

I was wondering what the dealer was putting in.
Now to figure out how are they are powering it? cigurate lighter, power steering or additional power cord from the battery?
I got my two seat heaters from eBay for 5* that has switches just like that. Too bad about the low being to low and high a bit to warm
