So I found a pin hole leak with stream coming from my rad. I think she knows I’m selling her and now she all mad.
APC - 191$ plus tax plus $20 freight $230+
Rockauto - $146.20 shipped ( probably duty at customs $20 ) $170 or less.
There’s also this online site but t it’s basically same base price as rock auto plus shipping sooo...
And it’s sounds like I need brake pads also.

i dont remeber rock auto charging any extra....what you see is what you get....cost wise if it says 140 shipped on the website youll be charged 140
i swear i can smell coolant but i dont seem to be losing any......might just be the voices in my head again...i hope!

And the coolant is Nissan grade blue. Good for 180,000km so it’s not corrosion. Just a failure. Maybe extreme temps cause warping and the warping weakend the core? I dunno there is no obvious damage. I have no idea how long it’s been doing it I just noticed during the cold snap (-13 or lower ) with car at 205F idling in driveway.
Saw stream ... but there was no water being splashed on the rad to produce.
Then I saw the stead steam coming from individual spots instead of like a snow thawing and evaporating off the rad.
