I debadged mine yesterday!
I personally like it so much more like it is now!

1) I'm jealous of people enjoying eating lunch outside on a nice day! (Although... I did have an awesome day of snowboarding yesterday...)
2) How did you remove it? I've read some people use dental floss.
3) I like this piece on your hatchback...

We don't get that piece on our Micra.
PS: 4) if I were going to take off any badge it would have been the PURE DRIVE one. Sillly marketing nonsense, that.
1. Hehe, yes! we had a nice sunny day yesterday in Bogota:)
2. Removing the badges is easy, have a look at this ''How to'' video, is the one I liked the most on youtube.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5saNP7cdFck
I also used a heatgun, got as you said, dental floss instead of fishing rod, but didn't get the 3m adhesive remover... I found some adhesive removers here in bogota but not to use on paint. However, you my Canadian fellows may be able to get it, so you wont have to go through all the hustle I went.
I looked for a safe house made glue remover and found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Jny7pSOUJQ
WD-40 worked very well. If you are going to use the WD-40 you just have to make sure to remove the most of glue residue by hand before applying it (It may be rather difficult to remove the whole sticky lump with the card) The card may cause some scratches, nothing very noticeable though. Nothing some rubbing can't fix. (Nothing better than polishing and buffing afterwards if you want a brand new piece)
--->EDIT! Always remember to wash the piece you are going to work on before you start AND after you finish you don't want debris nor chemicals on your paint!;)
3. I love that ''lip''! however, I was quite concerned It may also be glued and detach from the trunk. I tried to direct the heat the least I could to avoid any of that. It may be drilled in though.
yup, that one also took off;)

^ Good move!
Added debadging to the mods list.
Hey guys, I find that if you're careful and go slow (on newer cars) you can just peel these off, sometimes the emblem will get a little bendy, but you don't get much if any adhesive left to clean off. YMMV
Will make a post with pics in my emblem thread when I get to it.
Do you still have the "MARCH" badge?
