Dude, take a look at Micra's oil filter, it's 1/3 size of a regular oil filter. A large size lawn mower has a bigger filter than our Micra's engine. Our tiny 4 cylinder engine don't need premium gas.
If the engine is vibrating from dealership, why didn't he just U-turn into dealership and ask Nissan technician to check it out? I am guessing his wheel is missing alignment check.
