There are a pair of pin bolts that yo need to screw and unscrew to adjust fitment behind the taillights and the pins enter on clip holes on the taillight housing.

You can use a drop of acetone to soft the modeling material and stick it again to fix that crack.
I used this kit with maf adapter on my micra3893 and worked perfect.
